WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGES:
For most couples, videos provide the best way to capture and relive wedding memories. We offer packages that you can be tailored to fit your budget and needs. Wedding Costs will vary based on length of coverage, number of cameras, and style of the edited video or DVD. Some editing is included with all packages, and generally results in a finished video somewhere between an hour and two in length. You will receive three DVD copies on all packages.

THE BASIC PACKAGE:
Best for couples who just want to be able to watch the wedding ceremony in the future, it will cost between $400 - $900. Basic packages include single-camera coverage of the wedding ceremony, roughly 60 to 90 minutes and a minimum of one edited video, with or without music.

THE ENHANCED PACKAGE:
Will run from $900 - $1,200 for coverage of the ceremony and reception. The Enhanced package cost covers the reception, from one to three hours.

THE DELUXE PACKAGE:
For couples who want different angles of their ceremony and reception with some on-screen titles and music, the cost between $1,200 - $1,900. The Deluxe packages includes two cameras at the ceremony, one or two cameras at the reception, up to 5 hours of coverage, lighting if needed, and three copies of the edited DVD with custom music, titles or on-screen menus.

THE PREMIUM PACKAGE:
For couples who want their wedding video to be viewed like a professional movie or documentary on DVD. The premium package includes interviews and special effects and generally run $2,200 -$3,200. A premium package will include two cameras at both the ceremony and reception and up to 8 hours of coverage. Coverage begins with preparation or decoration of the ceremony and reception locations and the bridal party getting dressed, ending after coverage of the reception. Premium packages also include custom music, titles and on-screen menus; a photo montage (from a formal portrait sitting or personal photos of the couple) and interviews with the bride and groom (often referred to as a "vignettes" or "The Love Story"). This package also includes a planning session with the couple as well as with other vendors. This package includes short-turnaround time.

THE LUXURY PACKAGE:
Will run from $3,500 -$6,000 and higher, and are best for couples who want every part of their wedding captured, from the rehearsal through the final song at the reception, it is edited like a documentary or movie. Our Luxury packages include everything in the premium package with unlimited time coverage. We will also put together a photo montage with music slideshow of family and friends photos for the rehearsal dinner entertainment and a keepsake for the wedding party. (This approach has also been used effectively as the wedding invitation.) We will include additional interviews with parents, siblings, grandparents, and the wedding party, as well as the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and possibly the post-wedding brunch. This package includes a short-turnaround time.

VERY TIGHT BUDGET:
For those on a very tight budget, a friend or relative with a good video camera can capture the important moments at a minimal cost and we do the editing and DVD authoring at an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour.

WEDDING INVITE/REHEARSAL DINNER ENTERTAINMENT SLIDESHOW:
A Slideshow (Photo Montage) is a beautiful addition to your wedding. Used as the invite and added entertainment at the rehearsal dinner and/or wedding reception. Childhood Pics, relatives, important people in your lives, always a moving and entertaining, sometimes comical addition to your wedding celebration. A Photo Montage, involve transferring pictures to video, will either be charged per picture (at an average of $2 - $3 each) or at a flat rate ranging from $145 - $225. You give us your digitized images on a disk, up to 75 of your pictures set to your choice of music and the order you would like to see; you deliver it on a CD. If we scan the pics plan on another $100. Invite Disk Design $35.00 per hour. Approx $300 for a complete production.

Additional Costs:
• We offer the option of an additional camera for the ceremony, in a locked-down location. At a flat-rate cost of $100, it is a cost-effective alternative to a second videographer. A second videographer costs between $75 and $125 per hour, and many require a minimum of 2 hours.
• Rush editing (from same-day to less than 5 weeks) typically cost between $50 and $195, although some packages include short-turnaround time.
• Extra copies of DVDs run between $10 and $35. (Depending on the length and burn time.)
• Slideshow (Photo Montage) Photo montages, which involve transferring pictures to video, will either be charged per picture (at an average of $2 - $3 each) or at a flat rate ranging from $145 - $225. • If not included in a package, interviews (with family, friends, etc.) will range from $100 - $500, depending on how many you request.
• A "Highlights" option - An additional edit that is more stylized with advanced editing techniques and music. It has a shorter run time of 10 to 20 minutes, provided as an add-on to the full-length production - $200 extra on any package.

We are also currently working on a new program "VIDEO PRODUCTION RETREATS" aimed at Authors, Guest Speakers, and those who wants to leave a video legacy videotaping their story...Anyone who needs a well-produced video, whether it be promotional, historical or educational, all created in a wonderful atmosphere This is a five day intensive program that will take place at the beautiful Sunset Vista Ranch, it includes gourmet meals under an amazing Indian Ruin in Prescott, AZ. We will organize your script, create a set, address make-up, videotape, edit and author a DVD for you and upload it to the web.
