Be sure to follow Jamie instructions to make sure your vocal chords are postitioned correctly! Learn good singing habits!
So you're not squeezing out your notes and lifting your vocal chords, but instead stretching them and allowing the notes to flow out.
A good methodology is to yawn, then close your mouth, but retain that open feeling in your throat you got doing that nice stretch of a yawn.
